Executive Director Leadership Institute registrants only; pre-registration required
Being the general manager or executive director of a senior living community is a fulfilling job, but is also demanding and sometimes lonely. The course will focus on investing in the leaders of each community so they are re-energized to go back to their communities inspired. Each executive will have the opportunity to explore their own strengths and weaknesses through several highly interactive exercises. There will also be a focus on creating balance and happiness in the workplace with the understanding that employees who are happy and engaged are more successful.
